Terms and Conditions

• In case of any refunds that House of Villas owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 30-working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by House of Villas. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges.
• Service tax at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
• If there is any complaint/dispute from the guest, email notification must be given to House of Villas within 24 hours of check-out.
• If the guest checks in and decides to leave early, no refund of the accommodation fee and cleaning fee will be considered.
• In case of extra bedding charges, all payments must be made to the House of Villas on-site caretaker or online payment prior to check-in. No refund for extra bedding charges shall be processed post-check-in.
• If there is any cancellation by House of Villas, House of Villas will provide one of the following options, Book an alternative comparable available home.
  House of Villas shall offer Holiday Credit of the full amount paid that may be redeemed while booking a new home. (Operated by House of Villas only)

Cancellation Policy

• Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation and Refund Policies applicable before making a booking.
• In the unfortunate event that you are unable to join us on the dates of the reservation, please review the cancellation policy below:

The Policy

• Reservations canceled 15 days or prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
• Reservations canceled 8 - 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
• No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
• No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any stays during the Long Weekend, Diwali, Christmas (19 - 25 Dec), and New Year (26 Dec - 1 Jan) periods.
• All valid refund requests will be processed via cheques.

Rescheduling Policy

• House of Villas charges a 10% Rescheduling Charge + Taxes for any bookings that may have to be rescheduled.
• The new booking can be made on the same property during any non-peak weekdays, Check-In applicable up to 3 months from the original date of Check-In.

Processing Refunds

• In case of any refunds that House of Villas owes Guest(s), the credited shall be completed within 30 working days to the card /account used while booking.
• A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by House of Villas. This charge is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with a minimal processing charge.
